I have to say that like so many other things in society that people thought about things like this in the 90s and a very different way. No one would even have thought that anything like that was sexual. It would have been funny and cute. Oh that's a cute little baby. It's like parents used to take pictures of their naked kids in the bathtub and they show them and nobody thought of it as sexual and now those parents would be arrested. So I have to say that in this particular case I think Nirvana I don't know what their deep intentions were but in this particular case judging based on the society norms at the time it was a very innocent thing and not bad in any way. And it's actually the leftist perverted the whole world and now it makes this cover look bad. I mean seriously whole generation of parents would be arrested today for taking pictures of their little babies and kids in their bathtubs. And they used to do it all the time and nobody thought it was sexual at all because we didn't know that there were a bunch of pedophile pervert f**** homo f* out there who actually thinking of things like that is sexual and so we didn't know that we needed to defend against those f** f***.

There's nothing sexual about that album cover. It's so jewy to think that nudity is necessarily sexual. It's a failure to understand both sex and nudity. Judge ought to ask plaintiff what exactly is the sexual exploitation involved here, and when he mutters something about baby dicks, judge can have him arrested for being a pedophile and sexualualizing an infant.
