I was just talking to my wife telling her it's a good thing I enjoy driving so much because ever since the big airlines announced they'd be hiring pilots based on equity, me no fly NO MO! This is a disaster waiting to happen. And it's going to happen, just a matter of how soon. Edit, doesn't say who the carrier is but she has the diagram for Lome Airport in Togo Africa which was a former French colony.

Another edit, going out on a limb here but you get a very quick glimpse at the back of the captains vest that has a logo that might be Asky Airlines which does operate 737s and also flys out of Lome.

Saw a story from Alaska Airlines at least 4 years ago processing that they were making every effort to hire sheboon pilots. They called sisters if the Sky's or some such bullshit. I would be very hard pressed to fly today.
