I'm curious, what other than iSNARK was your original account? and why was it deactivated?
I've seen you here before, I know I have, but I and probably others, didn't know there was a problem. (usually when someone is banned we all know about it, and why)
I think iSnark is the only userid I've had here. I've had this ID since I signed up with VOAT during the days PUTT ran it. I pretty much ran under the radar here, I didn't shit-post much, I really wasn't overly outspoken, I was, overall, generally a pretty laid-back low tier user.
My leaving was self inflicted, I took issue with a specific post from a shit user that attacked my Catholic faith in a very dirty, direct, and personal way. I was pissed about it and challenged @system to remove the post. I was Pissed that this disrespect was allowed to occur unchallenged, so I closed my account.
As far as thinking I was banned, I assumed @system was pissed at me, when I reached out to him a couple times, and I didn't get a reply. Ordinarily, I would have just thought that he was busy, but under the circumstances, I thought he might have just banned my id over the whole situation.

There is also most likely nothing preventing a new iSNARK account other than the name and this is done for a reason. So that others cannot assume your fake identity. I suggest iSNARK2.
I don't know if he's still doing it but you could at one time reach him through the Searchvoat forum if you have your original passcode from voat we were all given. That would verify your "identity" and give you a badge and he would know that it is your account.
