Ya know the side walks are really crowded with pedestrians, trash, and the bicycles of economic parasites.

I would like to introduce a sidewalk/bike lane license with a monthly renewal fee of $7.5. Of course the migrants shouldn't have to pay as their presence alone is what gives NYC its vibrancy and wonderful foods.
