I think I need a punching bag or something. I'm constantly angry every day. From the moment I wake up to when I go to bed, I'm just ready to punch everyone I see. I can't help it. I'm going through a lot of bullshit with work, personal problems, money problems, landlord problems, neighbors pissing me off with their excessively loud cars they start every morning, dogs barking, neighbors fighting, shitty drivers, constant crime, lack of sex, no girlfriend, rising costs of food and everything else - I'm on the verge of going completely insane from constant stress and irritation. I can't take it anymore and my mental health is seriously deteriorating.
What happens is, your body can get stressed from 2 basic sources: physical stress (i.e. manual labor/ fight or flight) or psychological stress (i.e. work, politics...basically the modern world). Your body evolved to deal with physical stress, but not psychological stress. Psychological stress does the same harm to your body as physical stress, but when physical stress happens, your body has built in repair mechanisms. Even if your stress is psychological, if you physically stress out your body, the "stress repair mechanisms" happen and it helps both kinds of stress. So...figure out some exercise to do on a regular basis.
This. And especially lifting weights. I've found that when I do a bunch of cardio I can tire myself the fuck out but I'm still angry and stressed - just tired on top of it. But when I lift, it's like a cloud is lifted from my head and I feel MUCH better. It's like my body goes "Yeah now I don't have the energy to be pissed." Of course the anger comes back, because as long as jews and niggers and sandniggers exist it always will, but it comes back slower and for a short time it seems to be manageable.
I am confident that one day I will snap. Lifting won't stave that off forever. You guys don't know me now, but when I do snap, you will know me then. But the time for that isn't right - yet. So for now I will lift the weights.

I appreciate your distinction between lifting and cardio, because I've found much the same thing myself, but I will say...Cardio, when taken to it's extremes, is even better than lifting weights. You sort of have to "get over the hump" and then cardio is actually a better stress relief.
Lift heavy weights and get out in nature. Find somewhere beautiful you can go to hike, fish, walk in the woods, whatever. Nature heals and gives peace.
Was in your exact spot 2 1/2 years ago. Biggest thing was i hate fucking people and they were everywhere. Once i got out of the city, i could work on other things such as working out, reducing stress, work part time from home, part time in town. This in turn, reduced my mental health and focus on taking care of myself. Can't emphasize enough how important exercise is. Huge stress reliever. Also pay attention to the food you're consuming. Do not drink alcohol. It is a depressant and will make things SEEM way worse than they are. Plus you need to think clearly when making big decisions. The gf,... she's either with you or not. If not, don't waste another minute on her.
Does that not ever feel like you're just wasting your time and energy? And ultimately just make you more miserable? It seems like an unproductive use of your time, if you ask me, which you didn't, but I decided to opine anyways.
I'd argue it's more useful to take that rage, convert it into "healthy energy" , and use that energy to improve and invest in yourself. Idk...pump iron, get out of debt, save money, use said saved money to invest back into yourself, and maybe, MAYBE...you'll be a guy women are interested in. And if not, you'll be able to afford a life you at least enjoy.
You need to do something for an hour or so each day to take your mind off everything else. Work out, lift, read a book, pray in a church, go fishing, whittling, knitting, whatever. Anything that focuses your mind somewhere other than your normal day stressors.
Today, just today, I woke up to pee. Went into the bathroom, and had to hold my breath. This is because there is an enormous hole in the wall made by my ‘dad’, to fix the 40 year old mold problem that’s been slowly building. Now, the open hole is a giant spore, highly toxic. Just out in the open. Why? Why you ask? Hm. Well, a few weeks ago maybe a month, my sister noticed a fucking literal mushroom growing out of the wall in the bathroom. There’s no ventilation and I believe our bathroom was made improperly because it has drywall which I haven’t noticed anywhere except at this house. I could be wrong about my observation I’m not a professional and I’m a girl so I’m not that smart but I know it would be kinda weird to use drywall in a bathroom because it would get moist and soft I thought. I also thought that a different material was used like tile but whatever back to my shit show. So my sister simply mentioned the mushroom to my ‘dad’ and he proceeded to start yelling that she was being ridiculous and he brushed it off and said just put some bleach on the area. This dude doesn’t even seem to notice the toilet is now slanted a bit to the right because of the hole in the floor which has also gathered mold and is very much softening up visibly. So he also said and I quote ‘I’m a professional’ and to leave him alone to fix it. Btw he’s a contractor. Yea. So, mr professional cut a piece of the wall out, and it’s been that way ever since. Since he’s utterly fucking gone in nigger land, I looked up the procedure for mold remediation that the pros would do if you paid for the service. I guess they first come in and place heaters and dehumidifiers and dry the place out. Then they bring a big vacuum and suck the dry stuff out. Wearing the suits and all of course. So, I started putting a little heater in there and turning it on after the bathroom has been used for the shower, and he comes in and turns it off. Yea. I also had a friend of mine who does construction come take a look at it just for an assessment from a dudes perspective. He said he would have to cut the floor and wall out the whole section and replace it. My mother fucking ‘dad’ would be ANGRY if I had my friend fix it. Can you explain this behavior? Me neither. This is just one example of one of the many, many problems that I have. I shower every two or three days because I don’t want to be near the mold spores. How’s your bathroom doing? Feel any better ? Pull ups, push ups, jogging, racquetball, being out in nature is a huge one! Get the fuck out of the inner city and get a spot of land with a dog and animals and start a family
You need to stop living how you're living. 1 day is all it takes for a serious change.
You need to sit down somewhere quiet no phone and just write on paper what you need to change that's within your reach. See how much of that you can fit into one day and then make that day happen.

Every single response here misses the fundamental problem: anger and stress are functions of biology, where a person's physiological response to stressors is supposed to operate in a normal range, but yours is clearly outside that range. Lots of things can affect how it works, foods, chemicals, genetics, etc. For me, I get uncontrollably ragey when I eat something with lemon oil. As in, it makes me want to punch babies and murder kittens, and believe me I am not a violent man so that effect is extreme. I can only speculate, but maybe you have a causal factor like that in your diet. Or maybe you have something else affecting hormone balance. Supplementing boron 6 mg/day will help your body regulate hormones properly. That made a huge difference for me, it made me feel calmer and less anxious all the time.
Sit barefooted in soft dirt(hard to do in winter) Crazy simplistic and actually works. It's the only true way to ground out your body. Learning about frequencies and how they affect you helps alot. My 870 and acouple box's of 3" Magnum O/O smooth things out some days.
Focus all that into coming up with a plan. Sounds like your plan needs to be to find a different job in a different place and move. Change of scene. Maybe move to a place where it cost less to live.
and then, to release the tension and turn you into a happy person, listen to this and move and dance to it, and maybe look at nice nature or pictures of pretty things:

Making more money helps. When my income was below 150k life was very difficult. Cracking that barrier has made things a lot easier. There really is no other solution honestly.
