This asshole was arrested inside the US Steel Building for trespass and disturbing the peace for leading a riot when that gangbanger Antwon Rose got what he deserved for stealing a gun from a black man, kidnapping a black jitney driver with another gangbanger with another stolen gun, forcing the jitney driver to drive for a driveby in an attempt to murder another black gangbanger (during which both gangbangers who kidnapped the jitney driver fired the entire contents of 2 magazines around a nearly all black residential neighborhood), and then jumping out of the car with a full magazine in his pocket and the gun he stole within reach when the cop fired in defense of himself and the public in general. He was mayor of North Braddock, where this occurred, at the time.
