Why the hell Nutella is so addicting?

I'm an old guy, but still can't resist Nutella. It's really addicting. Do they put chemicals inside to make it so addicting?

Probably sugar, leading to a Candida overgrowth that then manipulates your mind to crave more or feel sick.
