The plots of land are for new builds. They normally sell the plot for $50,000. Not sure what the new build costs but it probably costs over $500,000. So you're getting a $49,990 discount on a half a million dollar purchase...

No. Canada is a shithole.

You can't grow fuck all that north. You can't escape the bugs that north. You can't get medical care, if you have a heart attack you are dead. You are surrounded by pajeet niggers in any city that will grope and stare. Building cost is about $500/sqft right now. The government hates you, you will be suppressed online and required to give ID to any site with any form of adult content (voat) in less than a year. You can't own a firearm for any reason other than hunting, and you will die to a cougar charging you in the bush because you cant carry a pistol.

I'm thankful for people willing to live in places where it freezes instead of trying to move here.

Although with the increasing effects of global cooling, got cold enough last winter that only the lowest 4 inches of one hot pepper plant survived. Pods on it are still green but look like they're about to turn black before turning red. (goat's weed pepper)

Original stock Canadians and Americans are brothers from the same settlers. You're right about most Canadians being obnoxious and full of themselves, but they're about to be humbled really hard.
