I would approve that amendment with today's drone wars and all the tech that goes into specialized killings.

Without the tech it would be companies holding areas and having a pee break would be easily accommodated on both sides. But now with 24 hour drone killings, even lighting a cigarette can be seen and targeted. No stress relieving vices allowed anymore. War sucks.

The 'Camera Shy Hoodie' will not work. That reflects visible light. It needs to reflect infra-red like a space blanket does

Any mylar space blanket will work to some degree but if it is just a paper thin sheet of mylar your heat will bleed through where ever you touch it. A 'premium' emergency blanket like https://www.amazon.com/Arcturus-Heavy-Duty-Survival-Blanket/dp/B01H6NC8XU?th=1 works fairly well.
