Not all the batches were the same. Possibly targeted culling. Part of the intended culling could have been immediate (premature death of individual) where the other form of culling would be generational / reproductive failure. And beyond culling, disabling affects such as destroying immune systems could have been profitable.

It may not be immediate/imminent death in all cases but in generational attritional warfare, the writing is on the wall.

I doubt the deaths and autoimmune disorders were a goal. Gene drives are a real technology and I would not be surprised if generational reproductive failure was.

The whole thing might have been an attempt to test mRNA technology since without an "emergency" human trials are difficult to do.
