That sure is a nice, clean, new chain. Not a spek of rust on it anywhere. I use chains quite often and I can tell you, if left out in the weather for a day or two they will have surface rust all over them.

There's "boomer tier" and boomer tier. As peak humanity, we still had the usual percentage of substandard individuals. No one listened when I pointed out half of us should be shot, so here we are now.

Also, if this prevents the horse from running away, what's the plan now? Free horse, make video.... and then what? The horse runs off to starve or get hit by a truck? If you went around "freeing" chained up dogs, that would certainly be the result.
