If your bike is malfunctioning, open the plastic box that holds the controller. NOT the display. Take the back plate off the controller, then put back on. Put controller back in the housing, tighten screws. There is a 50/50 chance your bike will start working again. I just did it to mine. A new controller is 80 bux.
