Good old Adverse Possession. I did it once and taught others. It can be done in any former British colony. Yes, in your own area, an abandoned property can become yours if you learn the rules.

This guy renovated an abandoned house. The neighbors want to whine because they had to pay for their houses, saying that someone from their family should have benefited from the house. But it had been over a decade, no one had made any legal attempt to get the house back. Fuck em.

Because as a serf you're bound to the land. If you leave it then the the lord of the manor may choose to reward the one who moves in to care for the property and pay taxes.

You have to have hostile, open, continuous, exclusive, and notorious possession of the land for twenty years (typically) before you can file a claim for adverse possession. It's so that unused property remains on the market and doesn't just sit there forever with no one using it. If the landowner comes on the land and tells you to leave or files an ejectment at any point during those twenty years, the clock starts over.

They've made it basically impossible to do this in America. In most states, the one I'm in, you must live there for 7 years and improve the property while living there all the while paying for utilities hoping the owners do not call the county police to remove you.

No to mention all the legal paperwork you must file in the courts as well.

If you do this in a house someone cares about, it is nigger tier behavior like someone else said here. If the place is really abandoned and no one cares like this case, the law is good. Houses need to be maintained, not just stockpiled and abandoned. If someone owns houses just for money they can get fucked.

Here is how you do it...

You trawl through data to find an elderly, ignorant, colored person who owns a property they are not occupying and start giving them cash to rent it. Under the table.

Secretly pay their taxes.

Put utilities in your name.

Wait for them to be on deaths door and claim adverse possession.

Voila.
