The Peer Review is feminine in nature. It's about consensus, not truth.

Peer reviewing is not supposed to be about determining good quality research.

The scientific method requires that experiments are repeatable. Peer review is the repeat experiment process.

That is great in theory, the real problem is that nobody actually repeats the experiments. There is no money in repeating research to find amy fuckups.
