This is fuckin retarded. There is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate.

Humans are designed to be carbicores. We have a process called gluconeogenesis that occurs in the absence of carbs. That doesn't mean you go eat fuckin carbs.....

Big doubt. Where were the carbs in the past? Most every vegetable/fruit is a recent invention.

Sugar makes fruit flies live half as long as flies without sugar. Get with it

What's your source on that, big guy?

I heard that the common fruit/veg we are used to are the result of lots of selective breeding throughout the years. That in the past they were smaller and less sweet for example. Animal foods however are a constant everywhere and are nutritious.

Interesting if true. The big question also becomes how fast can your mitochondria recover from this electron transport problem if they have been damaged by your prior eating habits. Are we talking about a day of good eating or a week of good eating or a month of good eating or a year of good eating?

I do know that fructose from fruit is the fastest sugar that your body turns to fat. Your body is designed and has evolved to be able to rapidly store that sugar as fat and that's what it does. So I don't know how that impacts it. Of course I guess this also shows that if you have some exercise going on your body's not going to have an excess of some of these sugars because they're going to be used as you use them. It certainly is more complicated than the general perception of the Warburg effect.

I'm not yet sold on a completely but it does kind of make sense. It would be interesting is if there was a way to test easily with like a urine strip or something whether your body is using its carbs in the mitochondrial way or in the less efficient glide all this way. That would give you some indication as to whether or not you're eating right and whether or not you're feeding cancer cells.

It's also interesting that he suggesting that if you can reverse the mitochondria damage even in the cancer cells then the cancer cells themselves either revert or die. I don't remember what he implied there. I'd love to see some research on that

By the way if you're taking huge craps everyday that's evident that you're feeding the bacteria in your intestine which means you've got an excess of sugar. Believe It or not most of the crap that you're crapping out is actually bacteria that is grown in your intestines. If you just eat steak and eggs and no carbohydrates you won't crap for a week. Your body utilizes every bit of it in the bacteria have nothing to grow on so you're not crapping. That is why astronauts like the Apollo astronauts before they went to the moon started their day with steak and eggs. It's called a low residual meal because there is no crap residual and obviously they didn't want to be crapping in the spacecraft if they didn't have to. I ate very little carbs and I crap maybe once a week. So I think that's good evidence that I am not overflowing my system with sugars and feeding a whole lot of bacteria which seems like that would be a symptom of this glialysis it's talking about and the stuff that feeds cancer.

If that's true if you're not taking giant craps everyday and that's a sign that you're not over texting your mitochondria then that would maybe be one way to tell.
