The problem here is that, as an aerospace company, they probably have requirements(by the government) to hire US citizens as a security measure. Which makes this lawsuit fucking stupid, and clearly a shakedown.

In the 2000s I interviewed for jobs at companies that worked on govt contracts that checked to see if I had an active and what level security clearance before I even got an interview. Is DOJ giving illegal border crossers claiming asylum on day 1?
