The mRNA, and/or the contaminant plasmid DNA, is integrated into the cells and they begin to produce random proteins. The protein production is unnatural and uncontrollable by normal bodily processes. As a result you would have mis-folding or other random changes depending on the individual. These random proteins are normally suspended in the blood plasma. Vaxxed bodies are constantly filtering them out which taxes the immune system or causes heart failure by clotting. The adverse reaction is dependent upon the immune system of the vaxxed individual. It could be mild health issues or sudden death. Upon death, the blood stops circulating and the random proteins continue to be produced for an unknown time. They assemble and congeale in blood vessels, where they take the shape of the blood vessel. They are removed as long-stringy strands at autopsy.

The point is, the human body is not a one size fits all when it comes to introducing artificial protein instructions into the body. Instructions which have no known off switch, or no known upper or lower limits of production in cells. Scientists are playing with a machine whose complexity they are unable to fathom. I would describe the immune system as a symphony orchestra whose performance is dependant on the notes and structure of 10 other orchestras playing at the same time. When a sheet of music is forced into one orchestra it causes a ripple effect in all others that can be catastrophic for the entire performance.
