The National Association of Realtors is the enemy of White people

submitted by Inward to TheJewishProblem 5 monthsDec 5, 2023 19:17:21 ago (+10/-0)     (TheJewishProblem)

The following is a link to aggregated research and questions they asked buyers and sellers. Note that over 90% of their customers are White heterosexuals and yet the document is filled with pictures of niggers, faggots, dykes, and miscegenationists.

I don't need to do any research to know that jews run the home buying/selling racket.

Realtors are what former strippers become when they age out of stripping.

Nobody needs a real estate agent at all. People still sold and bought without them in the 1960's. Rent to buy was still common too.

Public school taught people to be stupid.

You don't have to use one.

I guess that's what you said.

I think it depends on what you get for it like any professional. The fixed rates is bullshit.

Negotiating is a thing, but I meant more their ability to help you find problems, understand what you're buying, and fill out your paperwork right.

They're not investment managers, because those guys only take 1%. 6% is like a tax or something -- I don't get it. The average house is like half a million dollars, so that's 30 grand. Seems pretty steep for what they do. But there are also ways to get that help for less. The realtor cartel may be still insisting on their rate -- IDK, but as they are fond of pointing out not even all real estate agents are part of that (the other option being self-help tools like Redfin).
