I don't believe any of these stories anymore.
I'm thinking they wanted him out of the way and set him up for a fall.
There's at least a possibility he is one of ours.

Well... they sure as shit aren't arresting in bribery, cocaine or crack cases in DC. So, skepticism is warranted.
