The Worst Form Of Government?

The worst part is that, for all of the objections to "citizen referendums", "direct democracy" or so-called "true democracy", as "mob rule", in the end it still seems to be a better choice (from a menu of bad ones) than the various types of representative systems that were supposed to "fix" it, and protect us all from "mob rule". They all just succeeded in making it worse.

(TLDR? Short answer: Uses a variety of the usual euphamisms to say: "It's the jews". Again.)

The problem with politics is that we judge systems based upon how good they are for EVERYONE, if anyone suffers anywhere we automatically count that as a strike against the system.
Never in the self-destructively egalitarian culture of today will you have someone accept that one person's benefit or detriment is worth more or less than anyone else's based upon the inherent properties of these individuals.
Never do we set a moral hierarchy based upon identity or (gasp) genetics, it's always some changeable quality like age or some establishment value like criminal history, never a physical quality or natural ability.

Funny, we do make these distinction with regard to other species, but some among us do not, this is why I say that vegetarians, vegans, fruitarians, breatheairians, and human extinction advocates are the logical extreme of the utilitarian morality:
When we extend our moral principles to a group of people, we are fated to extend this circle indefinitely until we seek out a world without any suffering in it.
Since our own mere existence causes more suffering than it could alleviate, the natural conclusion of the utilitarian mentality is that we should all just fucking die ASAP.
The fringe elements of the breatharian "altruistic suicidals" who advocate for the extinction of their species are simply ahead of the curve when it comes to the moral logic of our society.

This is why I say that morality should only consider the happiness and suffering of others as a secondary priority, the first should always be your own.
Only when you come to understand that not all happiness and suffering is of equal value to you can you hope to be even functional.
Also, personal happiness should be the thing you pursue above all else, not adherence to some moral rule or the cultivation of some virtuous reputation, those will make you inflexible at times when you need to adapt for the sake of overcoming.

Hypocrisy is a key strategy that you cannot afford to give up, advocating for a set of rules may set others up to behave in an expected manner, claiming to live by these rules yourself would set them up further by establishing their expectations for you, but to capitalize on these preparations you must be willing to violate these rules, hypocrisy is human nature because it can be very effective when used well. If they fall to your betrayal, it is their fault for being foolish, people live by their own interests, not by some set of rules.

Many times people's opinions are not worth your concern, and living up to the expectations of others is not only impossible, but an impossibility not worth pursuing, do not attempt to satisfy everyone, chose carefully who it is that you wish to win over the opinions of.

Power should be the thing most important to you, how well you can influence the behavior of others is the key to human success trough the course of our species history.

The best form of government may well be direct democracy, because over time people will learn ow different combinations of policies work together, and form the ideal government out of trial and error.

But before that people need to learn how to deal with the "error" part of it, people will suffer and die, perhaps even for sufficiently upsetting the public with their actions. We must be willing to endure the hardships that come with a government that allows itself to make mistakes on the journey to find it's best way.

The problem with having politicians who make laws, is that to justify their existence they must constantly be making changes to the law, you can have the perfect system and they will have to fuck it all up by virtue of being what they are. Having lawmakers is frankly unsustainable.
