submitted by the_old_ones to TellUpgoat 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 17:28:53 ago (+31/-0)     (TellUpgoat)

bone broth and gelatin and bone marrow both contain bone stuff, and eating it contains the nutrients your limbs and joints need to heal right up again

can confirm by personal experience too. tried some of it consistently, and within days some construction-caused cricks and cracks in my limbs vanished overnight it felt like

Yes. Meat is healthy. Specifically red meat.

Cannot speak for what the farmers do, but can attest to meat being the best diet.

Went carnivore for 18 months and had no issues. Lost weight although I wish I would have reduced caloric intake for great results.

Collagen specifically. You are not getting the benefits if you are not stewing the bones and cartilage.

Well tell ya what: Tonight I am planning a feast of chicken wings. I will be sure to keep the bones and boil them into a soup.

[ - ] Ragnar 1 point 5 monthsDec 2, 2023 00:12:10 ago (+1/-0)

The collagen is in the skin, not the bones

[ - ] Trope 0 points 5 monthsDec 2, 2023 03:38:05 ago (+0/-0)

That works because I’ll eat the skin.

Flavcity w/ Bobby Parish can't find a clean bone broth sold in stores.

If anyone can point me to one that doesn't have bullshit in it, I'm all ears.

Why buy it? Bone in meats are generally cheap. A good stew and you get meat and broth both.

Kikes want you to pay a premium for less nutritious boneless meat and then you have to pay again for the gelatin water.

Real bone broth is solid like jello. They probably add shit to make it pour like water.

Meat not grown in an industrial setting. Some meat is pumped full of antibiotics and bullshit. They even give them RMA vacinnes these days. Buy the stuff from local farmers and you're likely better off.

Good to know, thanks. You should also know that boron is essential for bone growth, and supplementing it will cure osteoporosis. It's also super important for hormone synthesis and the absorption of other nutrients. 6 mg/day for maximum effect.

BTW, Boron will boost your PSA levels. I just learned that.

In looking it up to confirm, these claims also arose:

1st) that it will lower cancer risk: https://www.bensnaturalhealth.com/blog/boron-lowers-prostate-cancer-risk/

2nd ) Don't do PSA tests if you are over 70 (I'd never heard this before) "PSA-based screening for prostate cancer is not recommended for individuals 70 years and older" from https://www.cancer.gov/types/prostate/psa-fact-sheet

Boron increases testosterone (maybe): https://www.researchedsupplements.com/boron-testosterone-booster

I’ll need to buy some more boron.

Be sure to eat the right gelatin containing collagen and not the goyslop vegan gelatin.

Are you telling me i can stuff my face with Gummie Bears all day to grow stronger bones?

[ - ] lord_nougat 10 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 17:50:48 ago (+10/-0)

They have to be wild-caught gummie bears, otherwise the additives and chemicals in their feed make them bad for you.

[ - ] SecretHitler 6 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 18:03:16 ago (+6/-0)

The farm raised ones will turn you into Owen Benjamin

[ - ] SecretHitler 6 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 17:49:49 ago (+6/-0)

The gelatin part is collagen so it's more for connective tissue than bones so yes but it's more for your joints. Your skin needs it too.

The tradeoff with gummy bears is all the sugar you're ingesting at the same time.

[ - ] lord_nougat 2 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 17:52:54 ago (+2/-0)

These ones are the nutritious kind.

[ - ] SecretHitler 5 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 18:02:18 ago (+6/-1)

I love how you can casually scroll through his products and then suddenly Hitler

[ - ] lord_nougat 4 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 18:04:08 ago (+4/-0)

Which should be a normal thing in ALL stores!!

[ - ] Ragnar 1 point 5 monthsDec 2, 2023 00:17:14 ago (+1/-0)

Right, like sugar is cyanide

[ - ] SecretHitler 0 points 5 monthsDec 4, 2023 02:10:43 ago (+0/-0)

Too much sugar is gross and makes you feel like crap though.

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 5 monthsDec 4, 2023 10:31:43 ago (+0/-0)

Definitely, too much is yucky. But people regurgitate online grifters’ talking points and pretend a molecule of sugar is gonna kill them. Totally oblivious to how their body itself to make sugar. You would die without sugar in your blood.

On the other hand, too much fat is also gross and makes you feel crap. But these people never say that. And I love fatty meat but I can still be objective and say how gross too much fat can be.
Fun fact: no one would die without fat. Triglycerides in the blood can be made through glucose if required. Cholesterol can also be made in the liver as required.

depends? bone broth and bone marrow and organic gelatin would probably be healthiest

[ - ] Ragnar 2 points 5 monthsDec 2, 2023 00:16:18 ago (+2/-0)

Funnily enough, I did have a handful of gummy bears for dessert tonight. Homemade with grass fed bovine gelatin

[ - ] observation1 0 points 5 monthsDec 4, 2023 03:31:26 ago (+0/-0)

Does knox gelatin work? The store stuff in a can?

[ - ] NoRefunds 2 points 5 monthsDec 2, 2023 09:21:54 ago (+2/-0)

All of these things along with CoQ10 and cartilage support suppliments. Fixed my knees. Got my squat to 255 easily.

[ - ] beece 3 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 20:15:14 ago (+3/-0)

I ripped a shoulder tendon clean off the shoulder from overdoing it and it f**ing rolled right up like a red carpet. I'm a meat eater and eat a balanced diet(except for beer and wine), not like I had a shortage of vitamins or some such shit. What should I be eating?

[ - ] Ragnar 1 point 5 monthsDec 2, 2023 00:19:37 ago (+1/-0)

Gelatin and gelatinous meat. But also lots of vitamin C, so fruits.

My wife eats all of that stuff due to an auto immune. She says it makes her feel better. She feeds it to the dogs too.

[ - ] FreeinTX 3 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 18:46:43 ago (+3/-0)

Can confirm.

I have a way of making bone broth chicken and dumplings that are so fuckin' good, you'll heal shin splints in hours. :)

Also, great bennies from putting 20g's of a good collagen in your coffee. Makes it creamier and does a great job with the joints, skin and hair.

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 5 monthsDec 2, 2023 00:18:05 ago (+0/-0)

But it stinks

[ - ] Ragnar 2 points 5 monthsDec 2, 2023 00:14:16 ago (+2/-0)

For non geriatrics, gelatin and collagenous meats are good for multiple other things including immunity, skin, hair, blood pressure, blood glucose, and all the gut issues

[ - ] kammmmak 2 points 5 monthsDec 1, 2023 21:35:14 ago (+2/-0)*

Yes.. bone broth w redmonds salt for electrolytes the organic "battery" juice of the body. Makes everything more conducive, you are sharper, see more clear, think straight, incredible energy but not a fucking sugar buzz. Eat red meat bitches and yes they (WEF n Bill fuckhead Gates) are trying to destroy meat production. Replace with fake ass "meat" appropriation bullshit.

ALWAYS OVER LOOKED FASTING.
Before shifting gears to a different life style from being a drive thru slug.
72hrs
Water and broth at days end.
Reset the immune system in 3 days.
Doing it EVERY MONTH is the greatest gain.
The closer to "grounded" you can maintain the better.
.
Short shout out to my nut sack tics.
Keep sucking faggotts

Also add boron/boric acid to your water to replace what Monsanto killed in our farm souls. It helps bones, hair, and connective tissue.
