my primary health care doctor is on vacation so i had to take an appointment with an associate of him that works in the same practice. to make the story short, her office had a plexiglass on her stand. i asked if the microbes werent already floating on the room and she told me with a straight face that the pexi protected her because most of the bacteria/viruses would pass from person to person and all that jazz ... whatever
she is colombian so that wouldnt fly with her. but yeah it was a bizarre thing to see. i remember visiting her years ago because of the flu and she never wore a fucking thing much less to have plexi on her stand. again bizarre behavior
There is no evidence that it would have been worse. 1/3rd of those that catch covaids never even know they had it, and the was before the jab was available. "Hospitalizations" isn't a legit metric, either.
Should have asked how many times she's caught COVID.
great insight but i was in to my own problems that i forgot to delve deeper in to her shit. i'm having lots of join and neck pain as of late. she suspects ortho arthritis.
Is it a constant since a specific time or does it seem to get worse with weather?
it all started one week ago so i dont really know. could be weather related. gonna go to a radiologist next week. i'm not agonizing but the pain is just bothersome
the assistant doctor ordered some pain killers lets see how good it does to ease my pains

If that doesn't work, consider muscle relaxers. It can loosen you up enough where you'll get into a better position, or chill out whatever muscular bit you may have aggravated.
Sounds like "you're getting old, stop thinking you can do what you did in your 20s".
If they're sending you for images, they're seeing if you're indeed structurally broken. Could be sciatica if its not disk herniation. Might say it's scoliosis too. Whatever they do, make sure you also get to see the images and take photos to look yourself. "Professionals" no longer means what it used to.
If not, you're looking at some sort of back pull. They can tug on vertebrae, which can cause nerve pinching.
Is it a sharp stabbing, locking sort of pain, or more of an intense heat feeling?
i feel it in the neck at times while the other extremities doesnt feel as bad i would say. when i touch my arms or my legs it feels like when you have done exercise for the first time.
the other night though i woke up with backstabbing pain on my feet. it was weird, i have never experienced something like it. i also feel fatigue at times too. specially when the neck pain happens.
few years ago my primary physician (who now was on vacation) made me take a few xrays and told me that i was just a step in to getting arthritis
also he told me that i should endure the pain when the arthritis presented itself. told me that it was bad for a person to be on pain medication.
it felt like he was preaching to me which is weird because at the time i didnt had this problem.
Here in deep blue MN, there are only two options, either the Dr office has completely removed all "safety" measures, or they are full tilt mask/plexi/hazmat/etc. There is just no in between. Our kids eye doctor is a great optometrist, but is full in with masks and whatnot. Just really strange that educated people still fall for the psy-op.
MRI: Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Magnets and radio waves, but no ionizing radiation. You're thinking CT or PET scans.
Biggest danger with an MRI is having something magnetic in you (implant or whatnot) that for whatever reason isn't known about. Then you're gonna have a "Bad Day™."
The most satisfying way to battle the covid insanity is to cough around those people like a demon.
I did this in 2020 right when covid started because I knew it was bullshit. I'd start coughing loud when I'd walk by people. The spics freaked out the worst. Flinching away and drawing crosses over their heart and shit.
If i saw that coming in, i would have turned around and walked out. Would you really want to waste your time, money, energy listening to someone obviously NOT qualified?

Getting stuck on an opioid isn't ideal, for sure. A couple years ago was also a push to really reduce the prescribed narcotics out there.
The pain in your feet is a weird one...do you have any difficulty moving your neck in any specific position consistently since the issues started?
May not work, but try icing your neck for 20-30 minutes before trying to go to bed. It could be enough to reduce inflammation to get decent sleep.

$1000-$2000? Once a year. How much less is a physical where you get felt up and cough.
