Their brains have no neurons for empathy. None. This is supposedly the father of that little girl. Imagine laughing at your little girl being seriously injured like that. Imagine sitting there filming while this is going to happen and you know what's going to happen if you have a brain in your head of course they don't have a brain in the head so you might have thought it didn't it wasn't going to happen.
