Social media is many people's outlet to vent their frustration and bounce ideas off of others. Go ahead and take that away from people.
They'll find other ways to express their frustration that can't be contained.
You've got politicians declaring war on their own citizens but they can't handle a little criticism and protest? They definitely won't be able to handle when people actually fight back. And the more draconian measures they implement, the more fiery the people will become.
What are you going to do? Imprison us? Kill us? You were already planning to do that one way or another. Now try it against people who feel they have nothing to lose. The people who just wanted to be left the fuck alone and live a decent life. The most dangerous class of people once they see the writing on the wall.
so then come to terms with it. you don't have to sit there and defeat yourself because someone is threatening to throw you in jail or kill you. get off your dumbass and do something.
