And as climate change and pollution threaten our limited fresh water supplies...

How to tell if an article on water has been written by some form of desert dweller.

"Fresh water". Also rumored to be known colloquially by some people by various forms of, so-called, quote-unquote, "rain".

Entire populations of people in the monsoon belt looking at Rebecca Cairns and saying,
"Limited? Wha'? Bruh, they chose to keep living in a desert. That's on them. There's plenty of fresh water. It falls out of the fucking sky here. Move to where the fresh water is."

Like commiefornia. If you always seem to be having droughts, but your neighbors always seem to be having floods?
You don't have a "fresh water" problem. You have a fucking drainage problem. Could have been corrected decades ago if they really wanted to.

Billions of dollars for rail graft projects that go nowhere and that noone will ever ride, but not one dime for a canal project that would ensure water for some of the most fertile farmland in the country. You want to throw money at "infrastructure projects"?
Well, it doesn't get any more fucking foundational than water, porkchop.

"Pollution"? Point your pouty face at china, india, and south america and preach at them, missy. 9 out of of 10 of the most pollution spewing rivers in the world are located there.

Is that too rayciss for you? Or is it that you don't want to bite the hand that feeds cnn?
