"The incredible amount of mental power harnessed from a longer developmental period", doesn't seem to have enabled many of us to satisfy our needs by our own endeavours.I mean, so many of us are hooked up by a money-drip to the State, me included. So many of us are dependent on the local Supermarket. If it shuts its doors we...starve! In short, most of us can't satisfy our own needs, we look to others to do it for us! Ok...division of labour. If you're a doctor or a carpenter you have something tangible to trade with the farmer. But what if you're a Clerk with the local Electricity Authority etc as so many of us are?
