In the hands of internet plebes, all body armor is going to do is absorb a few rounds while you get off a few rounds, right before they head pop your dumb ass, because all the armor in the world can’t replace training, and the fed faggots coming to get you have trained.

I've been liking mine from: https://www.ncstar.com

Lvl IV 10x12" ceramic/3d plate. It's a lot more comfortable than the flat AR500 plates, and a lot less weight to haul around.

Depends on whether you mean body armor. If not then look into what they use for making targets ours barely mark even when shooting 300 win mag. From memory they might be Bisalloy 500.

The hanging links are always the weakest link, all pun intended. If your targets get shot up most likely they are mild steel, ours have taken plenty of heavy caliber hits and show only minor dimpling. On your own with the body armor although a lot of the insert plates are ceramic from memory.

What do you mean, makes sense to me. You were talking about body armor which is not my area of expertise however a number of the plate inserts for soft armor that I've seen were ceramic not steel.
