I recently watched a hearing on this and they talked about how 80% of the funds went to kids who were already in private schools while most kids in public schools couldn't transfer because the tuition was more than the voucher.

I think that will be a huge talking point for the anti voucher crowd, so it is important to spread the word that we can easily make it so the vouchers are only valid when they pay for the full cost of attending. That way the schools who want to accept them have to addmitt everyone and the schools that don't want everyone are not siphoning off funds from the voucher program.
