Suing Poland to collect on a "debt" that Brussels signed on its behalf, for a product they refused to receive. Only in clown world would this be a thing.
It's like if I lived in an HOA, and the HOA decided to sign a contract with an HVAC company for new units for everyone (at the homeowner's expense). But then I decided I didn't need/want a new HVAC system, refused the delivery, and the company sued me for the cost of the thing that I didn't want, and didn't even request in the first place.
