That's the Old Testament, The part with zero Christianity and what pissed off God so much he came as the incarnation of Jesus.

What matters to Christians is the words of Jesus. Not anything else is ever going to come close to mattering. Certainly not Jews.

The words of Jesus.

Jesus quotes from the Septuagint, so the Old Testament should not be disregarded.

This book is about lamenting the destruction of Jerusalem in 586 B.C. I have no idea who or what the people in that city were, but they weren't jews, or at least only jews. According to their books, their god warned them to stop ignoring them and engaging in false worship and sacrifices. They brought the destruction of the city on themselves, and Jeremiah (or whoever the hell it was who wrote Lamentations) cries and whines about it for much too long. Why should any Christian even care?

Why this passage? If you remove all the archaic language, all it says is, "muh yahweh"
