As for "stopping" paying taxes, stopping displaying a taxable income and not filing a fraudulent tax return are critical parts of your plan. It's one thing to not pay taxes. It becomes an issue when the IRS can see you "should" be paying taxes.
Telling them you should be paying taxes but refuse because of 'white genocide' would be one of the most effective ways to provoke a response. Watch some Sovcit vs police interaction videos to see how that would go.
