Buried in the statute apparently is a provision essentially stating that those who do not comply or are arbitrarily deemed a potential threat (aka the un vaxed, registered gun owners, etc…) can be forcefully isolated.- hence the camps/compounds being constructed under the guise of illegal immigrants…. Who do you think the NY state government would rather see in those camps?
