Spending money on a nice car is retarded, if anything I like something that's already beaten up because then I won't worry about the damage I cause and some people will keep a greater distance since they're doubtful of my driving.

Old hag backed into my beamer as I laid on the horn. Tried to run but it was a red light with cars ahead. Knocked on her window and she acted surprised. Convinced her to exchange information. We pulled aside and I got out with my blackberry (pre-android/ios days) in video record mode making it look like I was taking pictures and recorded her admitting that she reversed into me. She tells me that I'll have a bad time sweating the small stuff. She gave me expired insurance information. Told my insurance I rear ended her. Good thing I had a trick up my sleeve. Now days I won't drive without a dashcam. Even a rental or if I'm borrowing a car.

KBB has my 10 year old heap at 5-10k if I trade, Your beamer was probably worth like 5k when you bought it, and the idiot that paid 3k for it should have just took it to the scrap yard.
