Basically looks like the equivalent to a double stacked container home. It is not aesthetically pleasing at all, but if the HOA or the county allowed it, you could invest another $35K on maybe a small deck in the back and a sunroom on the side to make it less depressing.

I think they beat the hell out of a trailer park. I've always thought that, insulated and finished out correctly and with a little thought, shipping containers had a lot going for them used as sturdy, affordable living space.
