If someone steals a dead person's identity, the courts should assume they murdered the dead person until there is proof otherwise...

This would really cut down on identity theft, and especially every mexican's favorite kind of identity theft where they murder a white family and take over their identities.

All the politicians who used dead peoples votes would be arrested then.

I agree!

Anyone who votes as a dead person should be assumed to be the murderer until they prove otherwise.

Just a FYI and fun little fact...it was standard operating procedure to blame a "dead guy" for any legal transgressions that one was being implicated in...if someone got the shit kicked out of him (or her) for being a rat, thief or bullshitter, the statement in defense was "so and so did it" whomever "so and so the dead guy" was...ie there was a guy who was well hated for his slimeball personality and one night he really made an asshole appearance at the bar...his storage shed mysteriously got hit by lightening during a calm clear night and the only suspect that came to light was a "dead guy" who was an aquaintance.
