While I completely understand this, as someone who’s been lifting in gyms for 30 years, I do find it inappropriate. I don’t mind the grunting or even occasional screaming, but this sort of speech is clearly inflammatory to some and really unnecessary.

Call me old or boomer (which I’m not) or whatever but I feel White people should act with some degree of propriety.

Women have fucked up gyms. I've been to them all over the country and I've watched them go from what they should be to romper rooms with stretching mats left all around where they don't belong, rubber balls in the way and cooking shows on every television.

It wouldn't be so bad if women stayed in their own places. Every gym I've been to has had separate places for women to do yoga or in case they 'don't feel comfortable' around men but no, they bring they baby toys to the weight room and lay down in the squat rack.

It's impossible to see it as anything but actively trying to ruin it for men. Most gyms are no different than Sephora with all the feminine shit around. And women are goddamn slobs in gyms, never cleaning up the machine or picking up the baby barbells they use and leaving wrappers and bullshit all over the place. They have no consideration for anyone but themselves. It's the equivalent of men joining a sewing circle or knitting club and having belching contests and playing MMA as loud as possible on televisions.

I'm grateful that, as a result of COVID retardation in Michigan, I cancelled my gym membership and bought my own equipment. Large up front cost, but if you use it for decades, is truly worth it.

And none of that bullshit would ever be in YOUR gym.

Granted, not everyone has the space or money to spend a few thousand on equipment.

Because of that idiocy I designed a few different at home workouts, one of which has had much more noticeable results than the one I used to go to the gym for. I still go to the gym, though not as much because it's not necessary.

I used to go to a combat gym which was really grungy and not the type women would even set foot in and it was perfect. Unfortunately lack of customers (because of too many men prefer the feminine gym model) forced it to close.

Idk about that. I was at the gym and laid out a mat and dumbell and did 3 sets. Then I went on to do some other group. I came back to my mat and dumbell to do more sets and saw a wamen putting it away.
