Purpose of your client is to download files. You don't need built-in search engines or online feed or let your client to connect fuck knows where.

You can do same shit except dark mode and client weight just 400kb and have no security flows. Tested and re-tested for 13 years.

Deluge is same downloading client as utorrent, but some sites will not let you use deluge.

magnet links are links to download public torrent files which can be fake files or viruses. Never use public garbage.

Deluge is a lightweight torrenting client, it does not contain the spyware bullshit that utorrent comes with.

Sites cannot disallow you to use a torrenting client, that makes no sense whatsoever.

Magnet links are available on most private trackers including the one you've linked.

On top of that magnet links are technically safer because you aren't downloading 2 files, instead just the 1 you want (not a torrent + content but just content)
