Sterling; Starling; Star aka "Sturnus vulgaris" (gemeiner star)...always mimicking and mocking. I have one visiting my apple trees for nearly a decade now, who repeats the opening of the He-Man theme whenever I'm around.

Used to have a pair of mockingbirds nest up in one of the post supports holding up the awning over my porch in NC every year. Maybe not the same pair, but every year a pair would take up residence in the same spot. Always enjoyed their company.
