The headline of real journalism would read, “A God damned nigger killed Adam Johnson and both hockey teams and the entire audience leaped on to the ice and dismembered the fucking God damned nigger”. Then down the page a little the journalist would have added a blurb such as, “we still can’t figure out what possessed the general manager of the hockey team to let a nigger play hockey”. Then near the end it would read, “well at least they got his ass.”

UK don't name people charged unless they're found guilty. You might disagree with gagging the media, or if someone ever falsely accuses you of something bad like sexual assault or pedophilia, you might understand why they have it. looks ridiculous in this case because we all know who did it
You are absolutely correct. I didn't realize this is happening in the UK, and that's how they manage the media during trials. I agree with the practice because it helps the defendant get a fairer trial without being tried in the media.
If they do show a nigger's picture, it'll be the most flattering class or team photo they can find.
If suspect happens to be white, they'll leave him to rot in an interrogation room for most of a day, grill him for several hours, book him with a haggard mugshot, and the media will specifically use that one.
Watching the video, there's no way it wasn't intentional. Petgrave also has an established history of violence, being thrown out of games and most penalty minutes of any player.
He may not have intended to kill Johnson, but he did act in a manner that he knew or any reasonable person would believe could cause harm. Manslaughter at an absolute minimum.
In UK law the key phrase is "significant damage", and a wise prosecution will get the defendant to admit to that phrase; if a jury agrees that a nigger knew it would cause significant damage then they can find guilty of murder (after considering and dismissing self-defence). Provocation is one example factor which can lead to something less than murder, again if the jury buys that.
