I don't think there has ever been an instance of me sliding up to a self checkout stand, and not having to wait 5 minutes for an employee to have to come perform some lockout ritual.

ProTip: Never buy 1,000 Kool-Aid packets at a self checkout.
You can't do a bulk scan.
It will lock you out after every 10 scans.

I never use the self checkout because I'm not, you know. An employee there.
