Why are you taking a course under someone who has less experience than you?

Sure that can have value, which is why you went, but when learning from people below you you have to take what they say with a grain of salt. That's what you were signing up for. You might as well not bitch about it. You've walked away with better comparison of technique and why somethings don't work as well as other things. If that's not valuable to you, then sure, then you should exclusively train with people more experienced than you.

Hence why women can only cook with recipes, and follow them to the letter. This is why they specifically tend to accel at baking compared to men, because that's genuinely a good idea when baking. But all the top chefs in the world are men because by definition to be the best you have to do something else that others didn't do.

You're using a bunch of terminology that I don't understand, but I do know the core concept that you're driving at. It's not really about climbing, it's about incompetent people putting people in danger with their obvious incompetence. You experienced it that way, but it's the same everywhere these days.

I have 25 years experience in what I do. Does management want to utilize that experience, or do the want the alcoholic bitch, that lost custody of her kids, that had a stroke, and that steals from the company to make a plan?
