And yet suddenly I've had two emails in two days from internal optus email addresses explaining "we are find problem with your account"

I had an Optus account back when it blocked access to old voat. Changed providers, but theyre all full of dots these days.

Wasn't just optus that blocked voat most of the major providers did it for a few days before giving up because VPNs made the point completely moot.

I was ans still am a telstra customer, dual sim phone now tho the spare is a optus hence the email.

And it is an internal optus email as well not spoofed so someone's got in to their backend whether they want to admit it or not.
