I walk my dog in my (still mostly-White)neighborhood and the other dogs may bark, but they all like to sniff me and get pet. Not a one is actually dangerous. I can leave my dog in the fenced-in front yard for hours, he doesn't bark he just wags his tail and licks people.

And there've been a few times I've left the gate open and he doesn't leave, even to chase a squirrel. Because I've properly door-trained him, he asks for permission to cross boundaries like an open gate.

All that to say, it depends on the dog breed and the owner. Some White men can control attack/war-dogs. Many, especially these days, cannot. The problem is when they think they can.

And niggers, always niggers. They don't understand how to care for any animal. And they can't seem to understand how to keep the thing from escaping and mauling someone. Of course they never learn their lesson, especially when the judicial system will just ignore such crimes.
