If you had the opportunity to teach in the education system, would you?

I have been presented an opportunity that would allow me to teach a trade skill. The demand for this field is outpacing the shriveled up husk of a department can handle (we're talking 2 instructors for the whole program), and it seems that there is personal interest from the top to build out trades such as this one.

I am not a stupid man, I am aware of how fucked the Academic field is currently, and I am profoundly aware of how low the standard has become for a student to pass a class. Instructors cannot withdraw students from a course for shitty attendance, and Instructors are incentivised to increase the 'success rate' of their students, by any means necessary.

But I dont see anyone trying to make their own schools for training the next generation. I do however see a lot of instructors biting their tongues to avoid rammifications for speaking out against this shit. This particular location appears to be shifting it's perspective in a positive way with young blood finding it's way into this trade and having their hushed conversations in the parking lots.

So, my question, if you were presented the opportunity to be at ground zero for a revitalized education program... would you do it?

Not in the educational system per se, but chances are likely that I'll be teaching a trade or two in the next couple years. Maybe next summer.

Edit: To answer your question, no. No I would not teach at a kiked institution.

I mean, as long as you share this with the class every other week:

Finding a Homeschool Co-Op to teach would be the best way to serve in this manner. Probably won't be as easy, you'd need to find a shop to work in and not be a easy government paycheck but the return on investment for whites would be much greater.

In Oklahoma most schools have closed their shops altogether outsourcing to Tech Schools.

My work situation allowed me to take up coaching a sport at one of our local schools. I did it for about 6 years and got to know a lot about the inner workings of the local school system. While it gave me a great feeling of giving back to the community the feeling eventually waned because no matter what level of effort you put in, the administration will always find some way to fuck it all up.

The most conservative of teachers I met were still middle of the road and cucked to their jobs and bosses.

Do what you want but remember that no good deed goes unpunished.

Do you live in a place you're willing to sacrifice to better the future? Having the right sort of instructor who truly gives a damn about a trade a student may know nothing about could send them down a path for a fulfilling career while avoiding (((four year colleges))).

FWIW, when my kids are old enough to start sports, I'm looking forward to being a coach. Statistically speaking, there will be some male without any real "father figure"...my hope is that I can try to be some form of positive masculine influence.

a) to teach self implies to learn for self and vice versa. If one comprehends that; then one can do that among any other ones.

b) you wanting or not wanting to teach others; or others wanting or not wanting to learn from you can be avoided by the need of above mentioned aka the need to sustain self by learning how to teach self and teaching self how to learn.

c) all the corrupt systems of education are designed to deal with those who willingly ignore the sustenance of self by seeking education from others.

d) education aka EDUCARE (instill) TION (action)...action (inception towards death) instills reactions (life). Comprehending this implies growth of SELF discernment, which isn't something others can give.
