Anyone got the latest numbers of civilians killed in the Gaza Genocide by the US-backed Israeli terrorsts?

It would appear that we have lost significant troops in the Gaza Strip. I mean US troops.

I was asking about the pro-Palestinian US protesters that had embedded themselves. I kind of sympathize with them. Decent way to die.

Or care workers helping the Palestinians.
At this point I wouldn't doubt non combatant reporters/care workers/etc in Palestine that are not Palestinians, have deaths at least in the hundreds due directly to israeli fire.
You can't bomb hospitals without hitting red cross members.

Early on there were a lot of reports about US citizens taken hostage by Hamas. They were all dual citizens.

There were a bunch of people were doing volunteer work in the Gaza Strip without the benefit of dual citizenship. They were simply kind hearted brainwashed liberal American citizens. A bunch of are died.
