I rinse with Hydrogen Peroxide every day, been doing it for 25+ years.
I haven't had a cleaning for about the same amount of time.
I went to a dentist about a year ago to have a broken tooth repaired, and the
hygienist looked around and told me a cleaning was 'optional'.
I passed their soft tissue poke test (don't remember what it's called) with flying colors.
I mentioned my use of H2O2, and the dentist chuckled and said, "don't tell anyone, you'll put us out of business".

H202?

That's the formula for hydrogen peroxide.

[ - ] anon 2958979 0 points 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 15:14:43 ago (+0/-0)

What concentration do you rinse with. 3%?

[ - ] anon 2931475 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 16:46:10 ago (+1/-0)*

Yeah, 3%, just a little sip from the bottle. Swirl it about for 30 seconds or so, usually before brushing.
Edit: human teeth test at 5 on the Mohs hardness scale. Apatite is the main component of your tooth enamel. This means your tooth enamel is harder than gold, silver or iron. If you didn't have to worry about the soft tissue in your mouth, you could use a wire brush on your teeth without harm.
Three ways to destroy your teeth are with sugar, acid or physical damage.
Sugar feeds bacteria that create acids that dissolve your teeth. Use peroxide to kill the bacteria.
Carbonated beverages are acidic and will also dissolve them.
Quit carbs and sugar and say no to beer and soda.
If you do, you can stay away from dentists.

i went for a cavity treatment and the odontologist told me that she had to give me a deep cleaning with antibiotics. the cost of everything was like 2 grand. fucking grifter

i told her no and i will wait until there's pain or they are broken so i will pull it out which is much cheaper for my wallet.

the funny thing is that she tried to get my insurance approval so she sent my xrays but my insurance declined the procedure and that was 2 years ago.

also when she WAS probing my mouth she wasnt delicate it with as if she wanted to do more damage with the instruments that she forced in there.

screw them all

There are two things you can do to FIX your teeth. The first is to completely eliminate sugar including most carbs. Only eat meat and low-glycemic veggies and fruit sparingly. Your teeth will actually repair if you do this and get enough natural calcium through bones, etc. and sunlight.

The second thing you can do which could possibly repair them but will take a long time if you still eat sugar of any kind is the brushing protocol below. I'll post it as soon as I find it. This is what I do because I don't have the discipline to eat no sugar. I haven't had a cavity in years. Also you need to take about 2000-10,000mg of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) a day. This will heal your gums. If your gums are fucked you have scurvy-lite and probably heart disease. Don't believe the bullshit the doctors and dentist say about this.

No need to brush multiple times a day. Just have one brushing session at night. Brush briefly with some shit tier toothpaste--dirt cheap. Rinse and then floss well. Brush briefly with this and before rinsing breathe in a few times through your teeth to help with bonding. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DK4M5M8

Rinse and then brush briefly with this (make sure this is the one with Novamin) and before rinsing breathe in a few times through your teeth to help with bonding. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EF39784 Rinse and then brush more thoroughly with this and before rinsing breathe in many times through your teeth to help with bonding. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C379SKGN Don't rinse for a few minutes while just holding it in your mouth and breathing through your teeth. I just take a shower during this part to kill 2 birds with one stone. Finally thoroughly rinse your mouth and that's it.

Buy the powder directly for vastly lower costs. And yes, they say it should remain in contact with your teeth for up to 10 minutes, rather than a quick brush and rinse.

Which vitamin c do you reccomend ???

[ - ] anon 4243373 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 17, 2023 11:17:22 ago (+1/-0)

Any ascorbic acid will work. I also like liposomal vitamin C which you can buy or make. Been a while since I made it though. For everyday use, just get some cheap ascorbic acid made by any decently reputable company.

[ - ] anon 3354922 [op] 0 points 1.5 yearsNov 17, 2023 12:17:17 ago (+0/-0)

I'm glad you mentioned liposomal vitamin C. I'm considering buying it from Dr mercola liposomal vitamin C. Will definitely try this thank you for the reply

[ - ] anon 4243373 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 17, 2023 12:35:25 ago (+1/-0)

Let liposomal be your "in addition to" vitamin C. Pauling recommended ascorbic acid for the most part so it's likely a good idea to stick with that as a base.

[ - ] anon 3354922 [op] 0 points 1.5 yearsNov 17, 2023 15:07:17 ago (+0/-0)

Did he reccomend any zinc?

[ - ] anon 4243373 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 17, 2023 12:37:11 ago (+1/-0)

Pauling was no ordinary man. He won two sole nobel prizes--one in chemistry. Most considered him the father of modern chemistry until the jew media started smearing him over the vitamin C stuff.

Linus Torvalds, the creator of linux, is named after him.

It wouldn't hurt as an add-on but it's not Linus Pauling's primary recommendation. Also this is mostly calcium ascorbate and I personally wouldn't want the extra calcium in my system.

This is what I get and I take two 1/2 teaspoons a day. https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Supplements-Crystals-Antioxidant-Protection/dp/B0013OQIIK/

You could just get these though: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Supplements-Bioflavonoids-Antioxidant-Protection/dp/B0013OUNK4

Or these if you just want ascorbic acid and nothine else: https://www.amazon.com/Nature-Made-Vitamin-1000-Tablets/dp/B0000DJASY

I wouldn't use your link as the primary source of vitamin C. It's not ascorbic acid so it's not a Pauling recommendation. Also, the calcium would be a concern for me. You really don't want too much excess calcium in your system as you age. It has the potential to stiffen your arteries. However if you do use that, I would also get some vitamin D and vitamin k2 mk7 as those help shuttle calcium out of your blood and into your bones.

I'll probably end up buying the tablets from now you listed. I'm just curious if the effectiveness in terms of immune health is different from the calcium version I mentioned just curious

Cheers for the no carb suggestion. Since beginning avoiding carbs in 2008, my teeth have not changed.

Deep cleaning will help your gum disease if you have it. OP is a faggot.

Killing the biome or your mouth is horrible idea. But eating a proper diet is what keeps the biome healthy.

[ - ] anon 8602385 3 points 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 10:10:42 ago (+3/-0)

Deep cleanings are the worst. If you do regular normal cleanings and brush/floss they are mostly unnecessary. Skip the flouride paste on the regular cleanings, they will oblige.

[ - ] anon 2607358 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 15:30:04 ago (+1/-0)

It’s genetics and diet. I have zero trust in dentists after some terrible experiences. Once you start to drill it’s just a constant stream of money. I refuse to take any action until there is pain. I honestly think intermittent fasting has improved my teeth.

[ - ] anon 3354922 [op] 0 points 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 15:53:04 ago (+0/-0)

What's the deal with drilling exactly?

[ - ] anon 1656302 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 15:18:02 ago (+1/-0)

Brush twice daily and do 10 min oil pulls every other day.
You'll see results

[ - ] anon 6868783 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 15:15:17 ago (+1/-0)

Yea, worked for 4 dentists. 3 out of the four were fucking lunatics that should have had their license to practice removed stat. Hence the high suicide rate among them. Had one doc who would drink/smoke in between every patient, was addicted to just about everything. Another one had the worst delapidated patient chair with zero lighting who would, during filling procedures turn on nascar to see if he could beat it. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, do your own research before having ANY procedure done. Oh, btw if the hygenist seems like she's scraping off layers of your teeth, get up and walk out. It shouldn't hurt. No pain, no gain is bullshit.

[ - ] anon 3354922 [op] 0 points 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 15:54:42 ago (+0/-0)

That's my worst fear too them scraping layers off teeth

[ - ] anon 4102203 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 12:54:20 ago (+1/-0)

As someone who has bad and good and dentists, there's a world of difference.

The most expensive are OFTEN the worst! Stay away from the chains. Stay away from the Jewish owned one too. VERY VERY fucky. Varinos dental for example (Boston NorthShore) is one of the most expensive, has a constant stream of dentists, most quite bad, and has weird staffing: He only hires women. (not a single fucking male working there).

[ - ] anon 6170964 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 12:23:32 ago (+1/-0)

I'm 37,missing over half my teeth. The only teeth missing are the ones dentists worked on. Root canals are pointless. Started losing my teeth at 14 because of these fuckers. Just kill teeth.

[ - ] BoraxTheFungarian 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 11:36:20 ago (+1/-0)

I’m convinced that the plastic bristles of the brush damage your teeth and harbor bacteria your floss leaves PFAs in you mouth wreaking havoc. Fluoride decays, pits and wears down your teeth. Not to mention the scraping and other crap.

I guess I’m onto the mineral/herbal remedies for such things and my mouth feels better. Avoiding sugar and processed shit helps a lot.

[ - ] anon 9528017 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 09:27:27 ago (+1/-0)

Did the dentist use ultrasounds, or physical tool to clean your teeth? Only ultrasounds are safe. Never accept physical tools, because they damage your gums and enamel.

[ - ] anon 3354922 [op] 0 points 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 09:36:07 ago (+0/-0)

It wasn't my teeth it was the commentors but I will take that in mind. Do I request the dentist to use ultrasound? What if they refuse?

[ - ] anon 9528017 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 10:12:02 ago (+1/-0)

Yes. If the dentist doesn't have the ultrasound machine, go away.

[ - ] anon 3354922 [op] 0 points 1.5 yearsNov 7, 2023 11:44:07 ago (+0/-0)

With my luck the dentist will start using physical tools in the middle of treatment even if they use ultrasonic..

Dentist wants to do a deep cleaning

hows the costs? she wanted 2 grand for mine because according to her i needed special antibiotics for my gums. needless to say that i ran away from that place as fast as i could. she is even blacklisted from me now.

[ - ] anon 3354922 [op] 1 point 1.5 yearsNov 6, 2023 08:54:26 ago (+1/-0)

All of my front lower teeth still hurt after my deep clean when I eat anything hot/ cold or just eat chocolate. I've never experienced this before. What should I do? I've not contacted my dentist/hygienist since. I've tried warm salt water too 🥴. Even toothpaste burns these front lower teeth. It's been 5 weeks 😢
