It is dangerous to allow a dog to think this is a game, or even acceptable behavior. That dog could snap on anyone that reached for it's bowl, treat, or toy. A young child could get seriously fucked up from this "cute behavior" being rewarded.
Dude, the dogs owner has a fuckin Mickey Mouse puppet and can mimic it's voice. I think it's safe to say that the bitch's behavior is just about the least of their issues.
