It used to be 7 in New Jersey. In Georgia, a barefoot female under 18 in a vehicle driven by a non-family male was legally raped. Newspaper article from the 60s or 70s. There were other low ages of consent, but NJ was the lowest.

The point being is that higher ages of consent are actually a feminist invention. And it's ironic seeing conservatives get riled up because most are of a generation where they don't even know the core principles that prior conservatives believed it.
