In this case, “peace negotiations”, is a euphemism. It really means, “negotiated surrender”, because after all of the blood and treasure (and rampant graft) already spent on this bullshit, nobody wants to come right out and say the "s" word out loud.

Translation:
"Russia is winning."
Western countries are also said to be concerned that Ukraine is “running out of forces,” and about their own ability to continue providing aid to Kiev.
Translation:
"Ukariane is getting their asses beat like a rented mule, and regardless of what jewess Yellen says, we can't pay for two wars. We can't even pay for one war. Hell, even if we stopped all of our involvement in all jew started foriegn conflicts TODAY, we couldn't even pay for peace."

I've been saying right out loud since the very beginning of this bullshit that it didn’t matter how many weapons the US/NATO sends, because Ukraine isn't going to have anyone left to use them.
I said in Feb. 2022, that the war was totally futile, regardless of any other factors, given that Russia is a much bigger country with a much bigger army.
By the way, let’s just be totally clear here: this is fake news. It’s not fake news that they’re talking about a surrender. I’m sure that’s true. But it’s fake news that the block on the surrender is the Zelensky government.
Zelensky tried to surrender in April of 2022, just weeks after the initial invasion. He publicly stated that he was engaged in discussions for surrender. Then Boris Johnson flew in and told him that the western globalist neoclown graft machine wasn’t going to allow him to do that. There was still too much money to be milked out of the west.
What this NBC News article is doing, is framing things as if the Ukraine government is really in charge.
At any point the neoclowns could have just called Zelensky and said, “Yeah, sorry, it’s over.”, and hung up the phone, and that would have been that.
