Brilliant move on the speakers part. It wasn't a question of "if" Isreal would get the aid. This defines and delineates it much differently. Sure, now Isreal can continue to enjoy universal healthcare and free college (including a stipend) paid by Americans further indebeding themselves for the Israeli folks. Furthermore, its now split off from Ukraine aid.
